DEBORAH ROHAN, Founder
Deeply committed to helping bring about a thriving, just, and sustainable future for all, Deborah guides individuals and organizations to consider their impact on the world, encouraging them to become conscious, committed world changers as they fully live out their own life purpose.
Whether working with college students, career changers, women's groups, retired volunteers, or corporate executives, Deborah brings warmth and a caring commitment to every person she engages.
To enrich her message and training, Deborah draws on 25 years of experience bringing diverse cultures together, first as a conflict mediation/diversity trainer, and later working to improve relationships between the West and the Middle East through dialogue and shared experiences. She served as Executive Director of two non-profits, including a Middle East center at a major university, and a non-profit she co-founded that is dedicated to building peace between East and West.
The author of many articles and books, including One Person Acted and Everything Changed, Deborah delivers her message through keynote speaking, leading workshops, and coaching individuals and groups.
Deborah is a certified trainer of the Success Principles, having been personally taught by Jack Canfield, one of the world’s top transformational leaders and author of the Success Principles. As part of this elite group of trainers, she collaborates with fellow certified trainers to present workshops nationally and globally.
She is also a trained facilitator for Awakening the Dreamer Symposium, created by the Pachamama Alliance, a global community working together to usher in a more sustainable and socially just world for all.
